Sargent & Lundy has earned seven 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards from Energage, reflecting employee feedback gathered through the firm’s annual engagement survey.
The Culture Excellence Awards recognize organizations that excel in key aspects of workplace culture, including innovation, leadership, professional growth, well-being, and work-life flexibility. Sargent & Lundy earned honors in all seven award categories based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected through Energage’s survey platform.
This latest recognition builds on a sustained run of workplace honors for Sargent & Lundy. The firm earned all five spring Culture Excellence awards in both 2024 and 2025, then added three fall Culture Excellence honors in 2024 and 2025. Together, those recognitions underscore the consistency of the employee experience across the firm.
The momentum has continued in 2026. Earlier this year, Sargent & Lundy earned its sixth consecutive Top Workplaces USA honor from USA TODAY, was named a Top Workplace for Engineers in 2026 by Engineering.com, and received U.S. News & World Report Best Companies to Work For honors. The firm’s broader workplace recognitions this year also include Forbes honors, regional Top Workplace recognitions in Colorado and Washington, D.C., and a second Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health.
