The results are in and for the second straight year, Sargent & Lundy has received three prestigious Fall Culture Excellence Top Workplaces awards, thanks to its employees’ overwhelmingly positive feedback. The firm received honors for its commitment to employee appreciation, employee well-being, and investment in professional development.
“This award is particularly meaningful since it is bestowed by the people who know the company best – our dedicated team of employees,” said Sargent & Lundy Chairman, President, and CEO Victor Suchodolski. “I’m thankful for their feedback and their contributions toward making Sargent & Lundy a great place to work and a leader in the power and energy industry.”
Earlier this year, Sargent & Lundy swept all five Spring Culture Excellence awards for compensation and benefits, innovation, leadership, purpose and values, and work-life flexibility. The firm has been a national Top Workplaces honoree for the past four years. It has also earned regional honors for its Delaware operations since 2019 and its Chicago headquarters since 2015.
The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards are based on anonymous employee surveys that measure a company’s culture through its values, direction, employee appreciation, professional development, open-mindedness, innovation, and leadership. The results are compiled and analyzed by Energage, LLC, a research and consulting firm that tracks employee engagement.
“I love working for an excellent company that values my contributions and respects my needs,” said one Sargent & Lundy employee in the anonymous Engergage survey. “I get to do what I love – solving problems, answering hard questions, and mentoring others.”
The firm is currently in the midst of a hiring blitz to fill more than 1,000 positions across the country to stay at the forefront of the industry as it transforms to keep pace with growing demand and meet decarbonization goals. Find information about opportunities to join the company here.
