Sargent & Lundy won three major Top Workplaces USA awards at their National Awards Summit in Las Vegas earlier this month, garnering the firm a March 21 USA TODAY article on “What makes Sargent & Lundy a Top Workplace year after year.” The coverage explores the firm’s workplace culture of innovation and commitment to providing an environment where employees can thrive.

This year the firm was again named to the Top Workplaces USA list, ranking 14th overall out of firms with more than 2,500 employees nationwide. That win earned the company a milestone award for making the list five years in a row – every year since the award was established. In addition, Sargent & Lundy Chairman, President, and CEO Victor Suchodolski earned special recognition, receiving Top Workplaces USA’s inaugural Leadership Award.

USA TODAY highlighted many of the firm’s core values, including its high standards of quality, client service, and providing an atmosphere where people can produce innovative solutions to complex challenges. The firm currently has more than 1,000 open positions for engineers, designers, project managers and other professional support staff in more than 30 offices throughout the country.
