November 4, 2022 – Sargent & Lundy is thrilled to announce its Chicago headquarters has been named a “Top Workplace” by the Chicago Tribune for the eighth consecutive year, ranking no. 15 in the Large Employers category.
“Top Workplaces” are selected based entirely on employee feedback gathered through anonymous surveys that measure different aspects of workplace culture. Sargent & Lundy received its highest survey score in response to the statements, “At Sargent & Lundy, we do things efficiently and well,” and “I believe Sargent & Lundy is going in the right direction.” Survey results also indicated employees feel like they’re part of something meaningful.
The survey was administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. Its research shows that Top Workplace organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels.
