August 13, 2019 – Power Magazine’s August issue features an article about Basin Electric Power Cooperative’s (BEPCs) Dry Fork Station power plant, once again recognizing the plant as one of the most reliable and environmentally conscious coal plants in the industry.
Sargent & Lundy proudly served as the engineer of record for this award-winning station. The firm’s scope included site selection, permitting, detailed design, construction management, and commissioning. BEPC’s operational expertise combined with Sargent & Lundy’s design/build expertise resulted in a plant that continues to be recognized for its many accomplishments years after completion.
