Sargent & Lundy has earned the prestigious Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, placing it on an exclusive list of businesses and organizations that have proven their commitment to employee well-being and workplace wellness.

Awarded by Mental Health America, the Bell Seal is the nation’s leading certification recognizing employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding bronze, silver, gold, and platinum recognition. Only two in five employers meet the standards for any level of Bell Seal certification.

Sargent & Lundy received a gold award based on a thorough evaluation of its policies and practices in four areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. The firm scored well above the national average in each category.

“From continuously assessing our benefits and policies to sponsoring employee-led clubs focused on mindfulness, healthy get-togethers, and team activities, we take a comprehensive approach to our employees’ overall health, including their mental and psychological health,” said Sargent & Lundy Chairman, President, and CEO Victor Suchodolski.

Sargent & Lundy provides comprehensive health benefits that include 24/7 access to mental health and counseling support for employees and their families in a safe, supportive, confidential manner to effectively cope with challenges and improve well-being. In addition to physical wellness screenings for heart health, weight loss, nutrition, and other health issues, the firm also offers well-being assessments of overall mental, physical, social, and emotional health.

In addition to the Bell Seal, Sargent & Lundy has earned national Culture Excellence Awards from Top Workplaces for work-life flexibility and employee well-being. The awards recognize companies that help employees balance personal responsibilities with high performance along with their holistic health and well-being.
