June 9, 2014 – Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) has awarded the EPC contract for its Wildcat Point Generation Facility, a state-of-the-art, combined-cycle, natural-gas power plant in Cecil County, Md., to White Oak Power Constructors, a joint venture between PCL Industrial Construction Co. (Houston) and Sargent & Lundy LLC.
