FIDELITY BROKERAGELINK ACCOUNT INFORMATION


This Fact Sheet contains information regarding the features of a Fidelity BrokerageLink account, an option available within the Savings Investment Plan. This Fact Sheet is to be used in conjunction with other information contained in the BrokerageLink Handbook that is available from Fidelity. Review your BrokerageLink Handbook carefully when you receive it. Please keep this Fact Sheet for future reference. In case of a discrepancy, the handbook will govern. Eligible Security Types: Stocks, corporate bonds, zero-coupon bonds, U.S. Treasury securities, mortgage securities and U.S. government agency bonds, DTC eligible certificates of deposit (CDs), limited partnerships, unit investment trusts (UITs), foreign securities through American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Fidelity mutual funds, and non-Fidelity mutual funds available through Fidelity FundsNetwork.

Ineligible Security Types: Tax-exempt securities including tax-exempt mutual funds, employer securities, precious metals, futures contracts, commodities, interest rate options, currencies and currency options. In addition, you may not invest in any other issue/security which may result in a prohibited transaction under the Plan.

Minimum Investment: The minimum amount needed to open a BrokerageLink Account is $2,500.

Account Restriction: In order to keep your BrokerageLink account active, you must maintain a balance in your account.

BrokerageLink Core Account: The cash portion of your BrokerageLink Account. The BrokerageLink Account assets not invested in individual securities will be held in Fidelity Cash Reserves, a money market mutual fund. BrokerageLink transactions are settled with cash from your Core Account.

Standard Plan Options: The basic, non-brokerage investment options (core options) available through the Plan.

Standard Plan Options Default Fund: The default fund under the Standard Plan Options of the Plan is Fidelity Retirement Money Market Portfolio. All transfers from your BrokerageLink account into the Core Options of the Plan will be invested in this fund.
