December 18, 2015 - Sargent & Lundy’s Dennis O’Reilly will present “A Case Study for Installation of a 115-kV Underground Transmission Line in a Residential and Commercial Area” at 3:00 p.m. on January 21, 2016.

The presentation will include a discussion of the data collection and analysis techniques used to permit, design, and install a double circuit 115-kV underground transmission line in an urban area.  The transmission line crossed under a light rail line, adjacent to a Superfund site and a hospital emergency room entrance, in addition to the services typically installed under city streets in urban areas.
