November 10, 2017 – Sargent & Lundy has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Chicago Tribune for the third consecutive year. The firm was ranked number 16 in the Large Employers category. The Tribune’s 2017 special report showcases the best places to work in the Chicago region.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

The winning companies were announced at an award ceremony November 9. The event and Top Workplaces special report publicly recognize the most dynamic and supportive area companies to work for.
